The app for those who want to keep track of their spending and need more organization than a bank statement can provide.

My mom asked me how much money I spend per quarter, and I found myself unable to answer. It’s not that I spend so much I can’t remember the dollar amount, but it’s more so the countless little purchases and Venmo transactions, coupled with the disorganized mess that is financial aid reimbursements was simply too much to keep track of. In comes receipt box, a place to keep track of all your spending and income for all that post-purchase regret!
The bottom bar has “Add”, “Books”, “Report”, and “Settings”.
Add – Add income or expense by first picking a category, then putting the number amount. Swipe right to left to pick a ‘tag” (basically, how did you pay for it?) and then click the check to input it.

Books – This categorizes your spending by month and category.
Report – This categorizes your spending by weeks and category.

Settings – Here you can add your categories and tags, as well as adjust other preferences.
This app has helped me organize my many miscellaneous purchase, so I can keep track of my spending better. I used to write it down in a notebook, but it just doesn’t hold the same convenience and efficiency this app can help me with. It categorizes the spending in such an easy to view manner and it’s really comprehensive in all categories. Since this is on my phone and I usually have my phone with me when I’m out, this is a great way to keep track of my money and spending without any of the hassle.
